September is an exiting month in the kitchen.
The season is really changing radically. fruits gets ripe and rich, cabbage in all shapes and colors appear and the first real game arrives. We are changing more dishes on the menu than in any other month during the year! With maybe the exception of high spring in the beginning of June. September also marks the beginning of all the traditional preservation techniques. We are already brining, drying and pickling. Yesterday we got beautiful hobs flowers. they might turn into a desert! Next week we are going moose hunting in sweden….
