The 20th October we dedicate an entire day to celebrate the danish oyster. An oyster is the closest thing you will ever get to eating the sun! During the day we will co-host the Danish & World Oyster Cup. Between competitions, Danish artist Bjørn Nørgaard will also pay tribute to this wonderful creature. We will be serving Oyster and beer in cooperation with our friends Winsorfisk and Mikkeller from 12-16. We have asked Danish brewer Mikkeller to brew an exclusive oyster stout with as much oyster as possible for this event.

In the evening we will host a 7 course dinner, themed: “Oyster frenzy” at Mielcke & Hurtigkarl, paring wine and beer with the very best creations we can conjure. We will only have few seats available for this event.
