We are proud and honored to once again be part of the annual food event “ Dish Of The Year”. Last year we took home the award for “Land” with the dish “Pork & Smoked Oysters” and this year we are once again nominated in the same category along with Sweets & Cheese.

We are thankful for these nominations and looks forward to compete on September 21.09.14 with “Potato & Dashi” as maincourse and “Skyr & Rosehip Rose” as dessert.

On top of these great nominations, we are also proud of our most recent prize harvest. At the launch of the new White Guide – Denmark, we received the award for “Best Wine Experience 2014”. Our sommelier, José Santos and his passion for wine was specially emphasized by the jury! We are of course also very proud that our constant efforts to create a synergy between our food and wine has proven to be a success…
