With more and more people going alcohol-free, we developed a juice menu that is a real experience in and of itself. Munchies Danmark visited us to chat about our juice and kombucha pairings, that are taken as seriously as our wine menu. As Thomas, the restaurant manager explains, “One shouldn’t drink alcohol for dinner because of its imbibing effects but for the taste. And that’s what juice can do. Set flavour first. Don’t be mistaken, our juice menu shouldn’t be seen as the child-friendly alternative to alcohol”.
