Jakob Mielcke at CHEF ALPS

Jakob Mielcke will take the stage at this years CHEF ALPS – International Cooking Summit in Switzerland to perform a demonstration of one of his siganture dishes. The event takes place in Zurich from the 22nd-23rd of May.
