This year Mielcke & Hurtigkarl have been nominated in 2 out of 3 categories !!
“from the ocean” being one and “sweets and cheese” the other. On Sunday, September 23 rd. we will compete against our colleagues trying to win the prize by making the dishes in front of an audience and a panel of senior food critics. In the different categories you find some of the best restaurants in the country. So competition is tough!
