The 31st of May we dedicate an entire evening to a series of unique caviar creations. It will be an epicurean evening of culinary alchemy and a truly decadent experience. The event is a one-night only collaboration between Jakob Mielcke, executive chef & partner at Mielcke & Hurtigkarl and Esben Holmboe Bang, executive chef at Maaemo who will be guest chef in the kitchen – each will be preparing 4 dishes with caviar as the main ingredient.

The caviar for this evening is exclusive supplied and selected for the occasion by Rossini Caviar, the leading caviar company in Northern Europe – among some of the delicacies we will serve is the rare and exclusive Oscietra Gold.

This 8 course caviar frenzy will be paired with only the best of wines such as Domaine Leroy and other limited, great bottles.
