Maybe not the first thing on your mind when thinking of beer, but this extremely aromatic Japanese citric fruit is a long time companion of mine and indispensable in our cooking. This collaboration with one of the best and most daring brewers in the world will be very exiting. After our last dinner with American 3 Floyds, our next beer dinner will be announced very soon and take place in February.
