Jakob Mielcke is the executive chef & owner of Restaurant Mielcke & Hurtigkarl, rated 3rd best in the Global Masterclass Category in White Guide Denmark (2019). Auto-didact, unwieldy, and iconoclast on the Danish food scene and an avid hunter, Jakob is not afraid to push the envelope.

Chef of Chefs, as voted by his peers in the Danish Gastronomy Foundation. Jakob originally trained at Pierre Gagnaire in Paris and later at Lecture Room & Library and Sketch in London before settling in his native Denmark.
