Monday night we had the pleasure of welcoming Jakob Bro and Thomas Morgan to join us for a unique improvisational culinary and auditory session during the Copenhagen Jazz Festival 2012. The two musicians were served small bites throughout the evening that sparked new sounds and impressions as we went along. Our guests were served the same bites and this way were able to follow and get a glimpse of the creative process.
